Uhm, damn I don’t even know. Like what kind of books do you mean? Books that are written to help you or books that are so well written you learn from them? The only book I can think of right now is The Writing Life by Annie Dillard. It’s a book discussing Dillard’s own writing methods. It’s short and pretty good.
